15 Sep September Parade and Fundraiser for Community Pantry
Location: Downtown Courthouse Plaza, Gallup NM
Time: 12 noon to 9pm
Date: Saturday, September 20, 2014
Starts with tour of the Community Pantry Gardens at 9 am.
Events at the downtown plaza include:
Parade: Starting at noon
2:00pm: National anthem and posting of the colors by Veterans helping Veterans.
3:00pm: Dance & Musical Review, hosted by Amy Coats
5:00pm: Old West gunfight, featuring Gallup mayor McKinney
5:15pm: Pomp & Ceremony, featuring notable delegates and local politicians
5:45pm: Flyover, featuring a classic Aircraft provided by Gallup Med Flight
6:00pm-9:00pm: Battle of the Bands
Other features include but are not limited to: climbing wall provided by the United States Army, Children’s Activities, Marching Bands, Car Show, and more!
